In the current cyclic sweep of the Divine Will and Law of Sanat Kumara, (2001-2050) the first of seven lesser cycles, of seven years each, which compose a larger 49year White Lodge cycle is entering its 6th year period. The keynote of the color ray motion cycle beginning today is that of the Red 6th sub-ray of the 1st Ray Ashram and runs for one-year duration until the next Libra Festival 2007.

I am dealing with the published information I have at hand concerning the rhythm-dedication-motion-movement of the 49year Festival of Ashramic Sharing from the two White Lodge Master’s Djwhal Khul and Hilarion as best I can, because I am sincerely interested in fostering a demonstrable orientation of trained disciples towards a higher perception and fuller Ashramic participation. You must make what you can of this esoteric instruction on the 49year operation of the sacred mathematics, (7x7=49) basic rhythm and circular cycle. It concerns action within the White Lodge an action that is, however, concerned primarily with human development and welfare.

The past six years at the time of the Libra full Moon Festival, I have sought to emphasize that the 49year cycle is the basic Planning rhythm dictating the rite, ritual and rule, of the Hierarchical unit with its 49 differentiations or fires. It is the Life of the Lord of the World that pours through developing and feeding the 49 points of light as the seven major and 42 subsidiary Ashrams express ray qualities, and it is their task to make known through the 49 fires the God of Fire.

The Tibetan has instructed us on Earth that the opportunity of the Masters, to take the 6th initiation of Decision comes to the Hierarchy only once every forty-nine years. The year 2001 saw a group of higher initiates “make decision” and choose their cosmic Path. When they did so they set in motion definite extra-systemic energy the planned outcome of which is hidden in the consciousness of Those Who at that time, made it. What the final outcome of their decision will be therefore we do not know.

Before I continue I would first like to make one point. We must not think that all planetary schemes are constructed or operated on the basis of the 49year cycle (7x7=49) mathematics because such is not the case as other scheme/centers operate on their own numerical cycles. All Matter and Substance on Earth, however, as we know, is seven-fold and each of its states is graduated in seven degrees of density. Each state reflects the qualities and potencies of some one of the seven major divisions or Rays of the White Lodge. It must be fully understood that there is no higher or lower, no graduated scale of place or position in the manifestations or vehicles of these great powers we term the Seven Ray Lives.

There are therefore, accordingly seven major degrees of universal life in manifestation in the White Lodge and forty-nine orders or divisions of these degrees. The White Lodge can be represented, from one point of view, by the geometric symbol of a seven-pointed star, seven times seven, or forty-nine.

The 49year spiral development of the 49 Ashramic points of light or fires within the White Lodge is like the progression of the geometrical figure of the seven pointed star for the lines represented by the star lines are in reality living entities, the seven-pointed geometrical figure, so-called, is in reality composed of substance in a state of evolution, as is all matter, force and consciousness. Each soul or part of the Hierarchical Group Soul has is karma inextricably intertwined and subject in great degree to the Cyclic Will and Law of the White Lodge Group Soul.

This forty-nine year cycle is seeing an increase in the number of those disciples Who are being prepared for higher positions in the current cyclic sweep of the Divine Will. Having been drawn by karmic law into one Hierarchical Ashram or line, the evolution of a disciple is provided for on that Ray line, and the ruling Master of the corresponding Hierarchical Ashram commands his or her allegiance by divine right.

No disciple is drawn to and placed under the training and direction of a Master’s superior influence during the operation of the 49year spiral for a definite purpose and at a definite period of time, by chance, nor could such a disciple be rightly freed from subjection to the Group Soul Will by chance.

If said disciple were to tear himself through action of free will the action and results would be analogous, “to the phenomenon of a star that is torn from, its own orbit, and goes flying into space, only to fall and keep on falling, until its mass is disintegrated, and lose its integrity as far as an individualized entity is concerned.” [Hilarion]

The Tibetan has stated that the training for the 6th Initiation of Decision is given to a Master by His admission to the conclave of the Masters, meeting every seven years. Next years Libra full Moon period of 2007 will witness a seven-year conclave that will force the various Masters to make basic decisions within Their Ashrams affecting world work and involving all disciples within the Ashram.

When the entire Hierarchy meets at its centennial conference in 2025 AD the "united decisions" the masters will have made in the seven-year conclaves of 2001, 2008, 2015 and 2022 will be put to the test by the White Lodge. At that time “the Lord of the World with the Members of His Council watch the process of decision in order to see how far the will of the Hierarchy conforms to that aspect of the divine will which should be expressed in the three worlds as the result of Their decision.” [RI394]
